As
I defined my bio in Instagram (ladzkie11).. I consider beach as my holy place,
it’s the sphere where confession happens, as crazy as it may sound but it’s
the only place that will cater-suck-cure all your dementia, stress, pain as
well as rejuvenates your mind.

The beach
has always been a part of my soul which I consider as my resting place.
It was later this year since I realized that beach has done something to me
that I subconsciously didn't knew. So I hook up my laptop and research
ideas what these waves, sand and salt has done to me that I manage to live life
well. (Photo above: Punta Elai Resort)
1. Swimming
is good for the heart, seawater is good for the skin and coastal breezes are
good for the soul - no wonder the seaside is the best place for a healthy and revitalizing break,
says Rachel Forder (Photo above: Jorona Mountain Resort)
2. Salt water and sand exfoliates your skin and
improves your skin complexion, talking about DIY it’s a practical way of beauty
regimen though! (Photo above: Riders Inn Resort)
3. Swimming and water sports can
help you tone up, too. "Water-skiing works the arms surprisingly hard, as
well as the back, shoulder and abdominal muscles," says Matt
Roberts.

4. Some beach goers
think the ocean breeze improves their breathing. It's
commonly thought that beach air carries negative ions that help recharge the
body and improve mood.(www.sun-sentinel.com) (Photo above: Riders Inn Resort)
5. "When you
look out at the beach, there is sort of this infinity, this sense of
perspective to get some distance from your everyday problems," said
Dorfman (Photo above: Kaputian Beach Park)
6. Research concludes that the ocean offers
opportunities to de-stress, secure a sense of balance, relax and recharge that
helps your mind to practice focus and flexibility. (Photo above: Punta Elai Resort)
7. Sun exposure
causes the body to produce vitamin D, which helps with bone strength and
calcium absorption. .(www.sun-sentinel.com) (Photo above: Blue Waters Resort)
8. When you choose to hang out with your
friends and family at the beach, the bond and enjoyment is there resulting to
most strong connection among your group. (Photo above: Villa Amparo Resort)
9. Personally, I am
not mall/movie goer person. I rather incline my errands and spend my day at the
beach with my husband/photographer, believe me it will strengthen your
connection through conversation; planning and the essence of diversion increase
your potential as a person and as a partner. (Photo above: Precious Garden Resort)
These are some of the essentials details I’ve
learned reading all those ideas from the net. The thing is, 90% of what I read
was positive (well in some case 10% for the sunburn) it has a proof and basis. (Photo above: Jorona Mountain Resort)

Try it! We all need it for ourselves after all; every hard work we spend for our job…..we deserves a break.
Few images of beaches I've visited in Samal Island, Davao del Norte.
